This one is now in the brew fridge and fermenting away with these quality ingredients:
1.7kg Coopers dark kit
1kg Morgan's Chocolate malt extract
500g coopers amber malt extract
500g Maltcraft light crystal malt Steeped
500g Thomas Fawcett & sons Pale chocolate and malt steeped
Dark matter added at 5 minutes to flame which consists of:
*2 (may add more to taste at racking) chopped and brused vanilla pods
*1 whole fresh numeg ground
*1 cinnamon stick cut and coursely ground
12g of Fuggles added 5 mins before flame out
Fermentis Safbrew T-58 yeast
