I Bought one of those Coopers kits and made my first beer "First time fumbles with Fuggles" So named because it was fumbly and after reading a bit I added fuggles in the late stage of primary fermentation. 

HomeBrewing is an interesting hobby to me as it is pseudo scientific and... well... you can make BEER! I like the slogan of my local (welll not really local... its in Kambah!) brewshop: If you can drink it you can make it!
